Normally you get what you pay for, so the cheaper models are made of low quality materials and are compromised on the construction. So there will be safety issues on wiring, controls and heaters can be made of cheap materials. Some will have toxic glues inside the sauna which will produce noxious odor, others use low quality wood material that has a bad smell to it.

So by doing your research thoroughly you will save yourself a lot of headaches down the road.
